We are looking for a skilled and experienced Laptop Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both outdoor and indoor servicing of laptops and should be proficient in chip-level repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops and desktop computers.
Carry out chip-level repairs on motherboards and other internal components.
Provide on-site technical support for customers when required.
Handle in-house repairs and maintenance within the service center.
Install operating systems, drivers, and required software.
Maintain proper service records and update job statuses regularly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in laptop servicing and chip-level repair.
Strong knowledge of various laptop brands and hardware configurations.
Ability to diagnose faults efficiently and carry out reliable repairs.
Willingness to travel for on-site service visits.
Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently
