Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Photocopier Technician to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both onsite and in-house service support, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair monochrome and color photocopiers across a range of major brands.
- Respond to outdoor service calls, providing prompt and efficient technical support at client sites.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and conduct repairs within the workshop as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to multifunction copiers and printers.
- Accurately maintain service logs, job status updates, and technical reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in photocopier servicing.
- Solid knowledge of major copier brands such as HP, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta.
- Proven ability to handle both onsite client service and in-house repair tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
