Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Laptop Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in both on-site and in-house servicing, with a strong background in chip-level diagnostics and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops and desktop computers effectively.
- Perform chip-level repairs on motherboards and other critical internal components.
- Provide timely on-site technical support at customer locations as needed.
- Conduct in-house maintenance and repair services within the service center.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software packages.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure regular updates of job statuses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in laptop servicing and chip-level repairs.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of laptop brands and hardware configurations.
- Ability to identify faults quickly and perform reliable, high-quality repairs.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service calls when required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, self-motivated approach to work.
